DONT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?– DONT WORRY!  Select Paypal as your payment option then select the option to checkout as a guest.  Here you will be prompted to enter your debit/credit card details. No Paypal account required.

We currently offer delivery to mainland UK 

Items up to 2kg will be sent on a fully tracked service

Items up to 10kg will be sent via courier on a tracked and signed for service

(We are quite happy to send items above this weight to other locations and overseas but do request that you contact us prior to placing an order to enable us to provide you with a quote.  Any orders placed that haven’t had a price agreed will be cancelled)

Our postage charges are staggered according to the weight and will be calculated during checkout

For orders over £50.00 Delivery is FREE  but only within Mainland UK 

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 working days of receipt. We use a courier service as well as Royal Mail.


EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS £6.95 per order, please select this option at checkout – Only available within Mainland UK


Everything Wildlife cannot be held liable for any item that has been dispatched within our stated time schedule but delayed due to the postal or courier services.


Please note we send items Monday – Friday only.  We do not offer a Saturday courier delivery service. Any orders received after 2pm will be sent the next working day wherever possible.


Our aim is to provide our customers with a first class service and product but we do appreciate that sometimes things do go wrong. If you are unhappy with your order please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help.


We will accept returns on faulty items or items that have been damaged in transit, for a replacement or refund.  Please contact us first to advise us of the problem.

If you would like to return an item for any other reason please contact us within 14 days stating your reason .  Unfortunately we will be unable to refund any postage in these cases.

Non delivered packages must be reported within 10 days
